What does the status light or error screen show?

• Blinking red: A malfunction occurred. The status light blinks red when the unit has a malfunction.
• Blinking blue: The unit is in standby. The unit is not currently running, but this is normal.
• Continuous blue: The unit is operating. The unit is running normally.
• AH: Disinfection was interrupted. This error appears if you turn off tank heating while a disinfection cycle is running.

Common problems

I feel too cold or too hot in the living room

1. Is the desired room temperature set too low or too high? Increase or decrease the desired room temperature.
2. Does this happen every day at the same time? Adjust the room temperature schedule so it heats or cools at the right times.
3. Can the desired room temperature not be reached? Increase the desired leaving water temperature in line with your heat emitter type.
4. Is the weather-dependent curve set incorrectly? Have the weather-dependent curve adjusted.

The water at the tap is too cold

1. Did you use more hot water than usual? Turn on DHW tank Powerful operation to heat water right away. This uses extra energy.
2. Does this happen every day? Adjust the DHW tank temperature schedule, for example to add extra heating during the day.
3. Is the desired DHW tank temperature set too low? Increase the DHW tank temperature preset value.

The heat pump has failed

1. Is auto emergency set to Automatic? The backup heater (and booster heater, if fitted) will automatically take over heating and hot water production.
2. Is auto emergency set to Manual? Heating and hot water stop and must be recovered manually from the Malfunctioning menu.
3. Is the heat pump damaged? Check the malfunction help text on the user interface for details.

The system makes gurgling noises after commissioning

1. Is there air in the system? Have the installer purge air from the system using the unit's air purge function.
2. Is a malfunction icon shown on the home screen? Check the malfunction help text for more information about the problem.
