Common problems

Dishes are not coming out clean

  1. Is this the right wash program for how dirty the dishes are? Pick a heavier program for heavily soiled loads.
  2. Can the spray arm turn freely? Make sure nothing is blocking it and it is correctly mounted.
  3. Are the filter plate or drain filter blocked or fitted wrong? A blocked or badly fitted filter stops dishes getting clean.
  4. Is there dried-on food left on the dishes? Scrape off food scraps before loading.

There is foam in the drawer

  1. Are you using the right detergent? Only use detergent made for dishwashers.
  2. Was there egg left on the plates? Rinse off excess egg before loading.
  3. Is the rinse aid setting too high? Turn the rinse aid setting down.
  4. Is the rinse aid dispenser plug closed properly? Make sure the plug is shut tight with the hand grip upright.

The drawer will not open

  1. Is CHILDLOCK turned on? Turn CHILDLOCK off before trying to open the drawer.
  2. Did autolock engage after you closed the drawer? Press any button and open the drawer within 30 seconds.

The dishwasher will not start

  1. Is the power supply connected? Check the plug and power connection.
  2. Is the drawer closed properly? Push the drawer firmly shut.
  3. Is KEYLOCK or CHILDLOCK turned on? Turn the lock feature off.
  4. Is the dishwasher stuck in Demo mode? If it is in Demo mode it will not run a wash.
