Common problems

The washer won't turn on

  1. Is the power switched on at the wall? Turn the power on at the wall and then touch the power button.
  2. Is the power outlet working? Plug a different appliance into the same outlet to check the supply.
  3. Is Keylock turned on? Keylock blocks the buttons. Hold the Keylock button for 2 seconds to turn it off.

The washer won't fill with water

  1. Are both taps turned on? Check that the hot and cold taps are both open.
  2. Are the inlet hose filters blocked? Clear any blockages from the inlet hose filters.
  3. Is Delay Start set? The washer will wait until the delayed start time before filling.

The washer is noisy, won't spin, or keeps going out of balance

  1. Is the load out of balance? Pause the washer and spread the load evenly around the bowl by hand.
  2. Is the washer level? Check that the washer sits level and does not rock in any direction.
  3. Does it keep going out of balance? You can change the out of balance recovery setting in the pre-set options.

Clothes aren't coming out clean

  1. Is the soil level setting right for the load? Match the soil level button to how dirty the load actually is.
  2. Is the wash water warm enough? A warm wash that is too cold will not clean as well.
  3. Are you using enough detergent? Not enough detergent for the load size or soil level can leave clothes dirty.
  4. Is the washer overloaded? Reduce the load size so clothes can move freely and wash properly.
