Common problems

Dishes aren't coming out clean

  1. Is the wash program right for the load? Choose a program that matches how soiled the dishes are.
  2. Is something blocking the spray arm? Make sure nothing is in the way of the spray arm's path.
  3. Is the filter plate or drain filter blocked? A blocked filter stops water circulating properly. Clean it before the next wash.
  4. Was there excess food left on the dishes? Scrape off heavy food scraps before loading.

Water is leaking from the dishwasher

  1. Is the drain hose disconnected? Check the drain hose is still attached to the waste pipe.
  2. Is the water inlet hose connected properly? Make sure the inlet hose connection is secure.
  3. Is the rinse aid dispenser plug closed properly? An open or loose plug can let rinse aid leak out.
  4. Is the leak coming from somewhere else? If it's not the hoses or the rinse aid plug, turn the machine off and get help.

The dishwasher won't start

  1. Is the power supply connected? Check the machine is plugged in and powered.
  2. Is the drawer closed properly? Push the drawer firmly shut.
  3. Is KEYLOCK or CHILDLOCK turned on? Either of these features will stop the machine starting until turned off.
  4. Did too much time pass between pressing Start and closing the drawer? You must close the drawer within 7 seconds of pressing Start.

There are water marks or spots on the dishes

  1. Has the rinse aid run out? Refill the dispenser if the rinse aid indicator shows it's empty.
  2. Is the rinse aid setting too low? Turn the rinse aid setting up.
  3. Is the drawer overloaded or loaded incorrectly? Overloading can stop water reaching every item properly.
