Answers and step-by-step fixes from the official Fisher & Paykel manual.
What does the display show?
- Wash program + lock + one or more modifiers: F fault on a drawer. The wash modifier and lock indicators are flashing together. This means a fault has occurred on that drawer.
- RINSE + all modifiers: A1: no water supply. The dishwasher cannot get water.
- DELICATE, RINSE + all modifiers: A3: drawer cannot drain. The drain hose or the connection to the drain pipe may be blocked or kinked.
- FAST, DELICATE + all modifiers: A6: spray arm or low water pressure. The spray arm may have come loose, or there is low water pressure or excess foaming.
- FAST, DELICATE + RINSE + all modifiers: A7: too much foam detected. The dishwasher has detected excess foam and is running an automatic recovery program.
- Current wash program + SANITIZE: A09: sanitize temperature not reached. The sanitize cycle did not reach the temperature needed to sanitize the dishes.
- Flashing wash modifier indicators: A fault has occurred. The wash modifier lights are flashing, meaning there is a fault.
- SANITIZE indicator flashing after wash: Sanitization was not successful. The wash finished but the sanitize conditions were not met, so an alert sounds when you open the drawer.
- Intermittent beeping: The wash is paused. The dishwasher beeps on and off because the wash program is paused.
