Common problems

Dishes aren't coming out clean

  1. Did you use the right wash program for this load? Pick a program that matches how dirty the dishes are.
  2. Is the spray arm blocked? Make sure nothing is in the way of the spray arm and it is mounted correctly.
  3. Is the drawer loaded correctly? Check loading suggestions, items can block water from reaching dishes.
  4. Are the filter plate and drain filter blocked? A blocked filter stops dishes getting properly washed.

The dishwasher won't start

  1. Is the power supply connected? Check the dishwasher is plugged in and getting power.
  2. Is the drawer closed properly? Push the drawer firmly closed.
  3. Is KEYLOCK or CHILDLOCK turned on? Either lock feature will stop a cycle starting.
  4. Is it stuck in Demo mode? If it's in demo mode, contact Customer Care.

The drawer won't open (no wash running)

  1. Is CHILDLOCK turned on? Turn CHILDLOCK off to unlock the drawer.
  2. Has the closed-drawer auto lock kicked in? Press any button, then open the drawer within 30 seconds.

Water is leaking

  1. Is the drain hose disconnected? Reconnect the drain hose securely to the waste pipe.
  2. Is the water inlet hose connected properly? Make sure the inlet hose is connected securely.
  3. Is the rinse aid dispenser plug closed properly? The hand grip on the plug must be vertical and shut tight.
  4. Is it a different kind of leak? Turn off the water and power and call for service.
