Which indicators are flashing?
- Wash program + lock + one or more wash modifier indicators flashing: An F fault has occurred. The dishwasher beeps continuously and the lock and wash modifier lights flash to show a fault on that drawer.
- RINSE + all wash modifier indicators flashing: A1: Water supply fault. The dishwasher cannot get water.
- DELICATE, RINSE + all wash modifier indicators flashing: A3: Drawer cannot drain. The drainage hose or the connection to the drain pipe may be blocked or kinked.
- FAST, DELICATE + all wash modifier indicators flashing: A6: Spray arm or water pressure fault. The spray arm may have come loose from its mounting, water pressure may be too low, or there is a mix of low pressure and excess foam.
- FAST, DELICATE + RINSE + all wash modifier indicators flashing: A7: Auto recovery for excess foam. The dishwasher has detected too much foam in the drawer and is running an automatic recovery program.
- Current wash program + SANITIZE indicator flashing: A09: Sanitize cycle did not reach temperature. The sanitize cycle did not get hot enough to sanitize the dishes.
- SANITIZE indicator flashing when drawer is opened: Sanitization was not successful. An alert sounds and the SANITIZE light flashes because the wash did not meet the conditions needed for sanitizing.
Common problems
Dishes come out dirty, spotty or cloudy
- Is this the right wash program for the load? Pick a program that matches how soiled the dishes are.
- Can the spray arm turn freely? Check nothing is blocking it and that it is mounted correctly.
- Is the drawer loaded correctly? Check how items are placed so water from the spray arm can reach them.
- Are the filter plate and drain filter clean and fitted correctly? A blocked or badly fitted filter stops dishes getting clean.
The drawer won't open
- Is CHILDLOCK turned on? Turn CHILDLOCK off to unlock the drawer.
- Has the drawer auto-locked after closing? Press any button, then open the drawer within 30 seconds.
The dishwasher won't start
- Is the power supply connected? Connect the power supply if it isn't plugged in.
- Is the drawer closed properly? Make sure the drawer is firmly closed.
- Is KEYLOCK or CHILDLOCK turned on? Turn off KEYLOCK or CHILDLOCK before starting a wash.
- Did you close the drawer within 7 seconds of pressing Start? If too much time passed, open the drawer, press Start, then close the drawer within 7 seconds.
Water is leaking
- Is the drain hose disconnected from the waste pipe? Reconnect the drain hose to the waste pipe.
- Is the water inlet hose connected correctly? Make sure the inlet hose is connected securely.
- Is the rinse aid dispenser plug closed properly? Close the plug tightly with the hand grip in a vertical position.
- Could this be a different kind of leak? Turn off the water and power supply to the dishwasher and call Customer Care or your Authorised Service Centre.
