Panasonic Inverter NN-ST67JS
Answers and step-by-step fixes from the official Panasonic manual.
What does the display say?
- H97, H98 or H00: Microwave generation system problem. This code means there is a problem inside the oven's microwave generating parts. It is not something you can fix yourself.
- Lock symbol in display, pads do not respond: Child safety lock is on. The Child Lock was turned on, usually by pressing Start three times by accident. The oven will not cook until you cancel it.
Common problems
The oven won't turn on at all
- Is it plugged in securely? Remove the plug, wait, then push it firmly back into the outlet.
- Has a circuit breaker or fuse tripped? Check your home's circuit breaker or fuse board and reset or replace as needed.
- Is the wall outlet itself working? Plug a different appliance into the same outlet to confirm it is supplying power.
I set a program but the oven won't start cooking
- Did you press Start after programming? The oven does not begin until the Start pad is pressed.
- Is an old program still sitting in memory? Press Stop/Reset to clear the previous program, then set the cooking program again.
- Was the program entered correctly? Follow the steps in the Operating Instructions again to set power level and time correctly.
- Is the door closed all the way? The oven will not run with the door even slightly open.
There's noise coming from the glass tray when the oven starts
- Are the roller ring and oven floor dirty? Food spills under the tray can make it rattle or grind as it turns.
- Is the Glass Tray and Roller Ring both in place? The oven must not be run without the Roller Ring and Glass Tray fitted together.
Something seems odd but may just be normal
- Is the oven causing TV, Wi-Fi or phone interference? Some interference with wireless devices while cooking is normal and not a fault.
- Is steam collecting on the door or warm air coming from the vents? Steam from the food naturally condenses on the cooler door surface during cooking.
