What does the message on the screen say?

- "Mode Not Supported": The connected device's video format isn't supported. This appears when the output resolution of a connected device isn't one the TV can display.
- "Format Device": The storage device needs to be formatted. This appears when you try to use Timeshift or recording with a storage device that isn't formatted for the TV.

- Is Sleep Timer enabled? The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specified period of time.
- Is Auto Power Off or Off Timer enabled? If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it.
