Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Help Genie's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Description of Services

Help Genie provides:

  • Voice genie creation and management platform
  • Conversational technology for customer support and engagement
  • Knowledge base integration and document processing
  • Phone number provisioning and voice call handling
  • Analytics and conversation intelligence tools
  • Marketplace for discovering and deploying pre-built genies

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18, provide accurate registration information, maintain your account security, and notify us of unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our services for lawful business purposes, including customer support, lead generation, appointment scheduling, and information delivery.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use our services to violate laws, harass others, impersonate entities, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, scrape our services, reverse engineer our platform, or promote illegal activities.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription Plans: Various tiers with different features and usage limits
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual billing in advance
  • Payment Method: Valid payment method with automatic recurring charges
  • Price Changes: We may modify prices with 30 days notice
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Data may be deleted after 30 days following termination.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform rights belong to Help Genie or licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a license to use it solely to provide our services.

7. Voice Technology Disclaimer

Our genies may not always produce accurate results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Help Genie from claims arising from your use of services, violation of these Terms, your content, or violation of third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first for informal resolution. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration with a class action waiver.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through our platform.
